Hello,
The folks of the Northern Hemisphere must have been eagerly awaiting summer because there are lots of challenges with summer themes. I started with a Mo Manning image for Mo's Digital Challenge - Summer Time.
Supplies: White and blue card, Mo Manning image, EP design paper, Simple Stories chipboard stickers, Lyra pencils and twine
I like depicting Summer, it is my favourite season and what better way to represent Summer than with a beach scene? Although I think the "model" is being a little unwise because she looks like she is getting sunburnt.
I will also join in for some fun in the sun at the following challenges -

She sure seems happy and enjoying summer. I like the sandy and blue colour scheme - ideal for this card.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great image! I love those chipboard stickers. We are having a late spring in NC, and I am waiting to see if any of my perennials pop up. I talk to them everyday.

This is one of my favorite summer images - I just love her curvy figure and how she seems to be enjoying life! The bold orange paper enhances the summery feel of this card, and the sign to the beach and the happy sun are such great details!

ReplyDeleteHow fun is this card! I'm recovering from a bit of a sunburn so I can relate to this card! Cant wait to get back out there and tan tan tan! There is just something about those 2 little hearts at the bottom that make me happy :) great job!
