Purple and Yellow

Hello,

Make My Monday challenge for this week is to use purple and yellow.
Supplies:  White, yellow and purple card, Blockheads image, PTI sentiment, VersaColor.

I have admired this technique on numerous cards.  First I tried swiping ink pads across the card.  It looked easy and it sounded easy but...  So then I used a brayer.  I am happy with the result but definitely need practise.  It was fun to make.

    Love the brayering with these colours Skye. The script and plant image really looks great over the colours too.

    Hi Skye- thanks for the comment you left on my blog today. The stamp I used was a solid flower petal, I think from the Stamps of Life butterfly or Dragonfly set. (Even if it wasn't exactly that stamp, it would work if you used something shaped like that). Pretty card with a tricky colour combination here! Good job!
