This has been a very frustrating card. Making it was easy but every time I photographed it the shine on the gold cards disappeared. I tried all the different shiny gold cardstock I have and always the same result - no shine.

Supplies: White and gold card, Cuttlebug stars, Artee Stamps sentiment, VersaColor ink pad, Kaiser pearls

It is frustating when the camera doesn't see what you see Skye....It has shown the shine on the pearls though! It's a fab christmas card and I love the way you've popped the stars on dimensionals :) Sarah x

Seriously, nothing more frustrating than trying to get a good picture of a great card and it just won't work (although I've sometimes been the happy recipient of the opposite situation, where the card looks better in the photo than irl (but not often!)

Omigosh I just love this card. Even if I can't see the shine, (which I can a bit:) it's still spectacular. :)

Its a tough medium to snap but I can imagine the shine on such a perfectly CAS card...I just love those sweet stars.
