There is a nice chocolate shop not too far from work and they usually have a attractive displays.  I wasn’t disappointed.  Of course while I was there I had to buy some chocolate, it is only good manners.

This weekend is my special weekend.  I am off to Melbourne to attend the Melbourne International Film Festival.  In the next three days I will see thirteen movies.  I am really looking forward to the weekend.

Baby You Are One

It’s Party time at Our Beautiful World (Week 53)!  OBW is one today.  This week they have asked us to share a photo of when we were about the age of one.  The ladies are celebrating by having a birthday blog hop with prizes

I had to rummage at the back of cupboards and through boxes but I found a photo.  I was worried that I would only find the ones where I am naked on a rug. Fortunately I found a studio photograph. 

I was always amused at the way my hair was done.  When I asked my mother how she got it to sit that way she said “Spit”.  I think she was joking, at least I hope she was.

By the Seashore

When I saw the prompt for this week, By the Seasore, on Our Beautiful World  #51, I thought easy.  My office is across the road from the beach so I could pop across one lunch time.  By this morning still no photo so I knew if I didn’t go across the road before work I would miss another week.  I was a tad late for work but I will be able to join in this week

 It may be winter but was a nice morning to be walking on the beach.
