Hollyhocks

I am honoured to have been asked to be the Guest Designer for the month of June for
CAS Colours and Sketches - #226.  This week it is a colour challenge.

Here is my card

I don't have these colours but I have tried to come as close as I can using what I do have.  I have used an Impression Obsession Hollyhock die.  The flowers were coloured with Hero Arts Fresh Peach and VersaMagic Persimmon.  The background is sponged with Hero Arts Soft Pool.  The sentiment is from a Technique Tuesday set.  It was stamped first using VersaColor Pinecone, then VersaMark and embossed in Hero Arts Clear embossing powder.  The panel and Hollyhocks are mounted on foam tape.  Clear Wink of Stella added to the Hollyhocks was a finishing touch.  Unfortunately it doesn't show up in the photo.

Don't forget to visit CAS Colours and Sketches for more inspiration from the Design Team.
